Our welding parts are 30%-50% lighter than castings under the same strength conditions, and the weld seam is dense and free of pores, with excellent sealing performance. It’s a fabrication process that joins materials, primarily by using high temperature to melt the parts together and allow them to cool, causing fusion. Our welding parts have a lifespan of 15-20 years and better corrosion resistance than riveted or bolted structures.
